Tonya Nesselroade
Project Coordinator
Tonya Nesselroade is a North Carolina native that brings over 15 years of real estate and construction experience along with over 30 years of business management. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and started her career in Human Resources Management working for several Fortune 500 Companies. Tonya has also operated her own real estate, design and consulting companies along with project management experience with a custom builder in the Wilmington area. She developed a love of real estate and interior design from watching her mother’s life long real estate career. Her leadership, communication and project management experience give her the ability to effectively facilitate the building and sales process of our single family and multifamily new construction projects.
