Tara Rowe coordinates the financial and administrative support of Capital Asset Topsail Development. Her extensive accounting background gives her the tools needed to keep our behind-the-scenes operations running smoothly, allowing us to provide excellent client care. Tara received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron College of Business Administration.
