Native to Raleigh, NC, Phillip comes to us from a distinguished line of local, custom home builders. With over 8 years of project management experience, he has a proven track record of meeting high expectations in the custom residential market. In his time, he has successfully managed a variety of teams and projects in the multi-purpose commercial industry. He even served as a superintendent for projects on the UNCW campus. Over the years, Phillip has developed a comprehensive range of skills that gives him the ability to plan, organize, and manage building projects from inception to completion.
